 V = Vertical; OH = Overhead - for electrodes 3/16 in. (4.8 mm) and under, except 5/32 in. (4.0 mm) and under for classifications EXX15-X,
 EXX16-X, and EXX18-X.
 c. DCEP means electrode positive (reverse polarity). DCEN means electrode negative (straight polarity).
